Main Goal

eNeuron is a project to optimize the design and operation of local energy communities (LEC) based on multi-carrier energy systems. People are becoming more dependent on electric grids. LECs will play a key role in the Road to ZEN (Zero Emission Neighbourhoods), by supporting the security of supply and the resilience the Grid needs on the uptake of low-carbon technologies and Distributed Energy Resources. For that Eneida.io, is working with a multidisciplinary team from Cyprus, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands,Norway, Poland, Portugal and Spain, closely with other EU-funded projects via the EU’s BRIDGE initiative.
